Post Details: ABFRL is seeking an experienced legal professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Legal / Associate Regional Counsel. The role focuses on property documentation, corporate legal matters, litigation management, and regional legal operations. Prior retail industry experience is mandatory.
Handle property and real estate legal matters.
Manage litigation, court proceedings, and external counsel.
Review commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
Advise business teams on legal matters.
Support regional legal operations and compliance.
LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised university.
6–10 years of total legal experience.
Minimum 4 years of corporate legal experience.
At least 1 year of hands-on court experience.
Prior retail industry experience is mandatory.
Strong experience with lease deeds, leave and licence agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and other property-related documentation.
