Post Details: Sapphire and Sage Law Offices is inviting applications for an experienced Associate specialising in contract drafting for real estate and RERA matters. The role requires 4–5 years of experience and is based in Chandigarh, with mandatory in-office work.
Draft builder-buyer agreements, sale and conveyance deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, and joint venture agreements.
Handle RERA compliance and advisory matters.
Conduct title due diligence and prepare project documentation.
Provide drafting support for matters before RERA authorities and Appellate Tribunals.
LL.B. degree.
Enrolment with a State Bar Council.
4–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong contract-drafting skills and working knowledge of RERA and property law.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience with real estate developers or before Punjab, Haryana, or Chandigarh RERA forums is preferred.
