Post Details: Acelegal is expanding its Transactions Team and inviting applications for two positions as Associates and/or Trainees, depending on candidates' experience and suitability. The positions are based at the firm's Vashi, Navi Mumbai office and require in-office work.
Assist with real estate transactions and related legal matters.
Draft, review, and manage transactional documentation.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in legal documents.
Support legal research and documentation for real estate transactions.
A law degree is mandatory.
Associates: Prior experience in real estate transactions and a strong understanding of transactional documentation.
Trainees: Interest in real estate law, legal drafting, and transactional work.
Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work from the office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
