Post Details: Applications are invited for the position of Associate in the General Corporate practice. The opportunity is targeted at candidates from the 2023 or 2024 graduating batches who have strong general corporate experience, preferably gained at Tier-1 law firms.
Assist with general corporate and corporate transactional matters.
Conduct legal due diligence and review transaction-related documents.
Draft and review corporate agreements and transaction documentation.
Advise on corporate and regulatory aspects of transactions.
Work closely with partners and clients on complex corporate mandates.
Law graduates from the 2023 or 2024 batches.
Strong experience in General Corporate law.
Preference for candidates currently working at Tier-1 law firms.
Experience in corporate transactions, due diligence, and transactional documentation.
