Post Details: Suruchi Spices is inviting applications for a Legal Manager to oversee the company's legal matters, documentation, compliance, and legal proceedings. Candidates with 5 or more years of relevant experience are preferred.
Handle civil, criminal, and labour-related legal matters.
Manage Section 138 cheque-bounce cases and related proceedings.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, lease deeds, and joint venture agreements.
Handle property matters, revenue records, and land documentation.
Coordinate with external lawyers, legal consultants, and government authorities.
Manage legal notices, court cases, and litigation.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct legal negotiations and resolve disputes.
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
Relevant experience in corporate legal matters, litigation, and legal documentation.
5+ years of experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil law, labour law, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and property law.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters.
