The opportunity is with a Delhi-based legal practice focused on litigation, dispute resolution, and related legal matters.
Post Details: Applications are invited for a full-time Legal Associate position requiring 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation. The selected candidate will work on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency matters, and other disputes.
Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, written submissions, agreements, and legal opinions.
Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
Appear before courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums.
Assist with case strategy, brief senior counsel, and prepare matters for hearings.
Manage case files, coordinate with clients, and handle day-to-day litigation assignments.
LL.B. degree.
1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Experience handling court proceedings and procedural requirements.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of matters, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
