Post Details: Strider Search is recruiting Labour & Employment Lawyers for a Tier-1 law firm. Candidates with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and relevant labour and employment law expertise are invited to contact the recruiter for further details.
Advise businesses on corporate employment matters, including compliance, HR policies, employee contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct legal due diligence and draft legal opinions and memoranda on labour law issues.
Review, draft, and negotiate employment-related provisions in transaction documents, including Business Transfer Agreements (BTA), Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), and Shareholders' Agreements (SHA).
Handle employment-law aspects of corporate transactions and advisory assignments.
2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Relevant experience in labour and employment law.
Knowledge of employment compliance, HR policies, employee contracts, and regulatory advisory.
Experience in legal due diligence, drafting opinions, and reviewing transactional documents.
