Post Details: The firm is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate – Litigation in Kolkata. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and be registered with the Bar Council.
Draft pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions.
Represent clients before Courts and Tribunals.
Conduct legal research and case analysis.
Assist in matters involving the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and Company Law.
Manage litigation documentation and case files.
Liaise with clients, counsels, and court officials.
Advocate with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Mandatory registration with the Bar Council.
Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals.
Strong legal drafting and research skills.
Sound knowledge of court procedures and legal protocols.
Good English communication, computer literacy, and attention to detail.
