NDM Advisors LLP is inviting applications from fresh law graduates for the position of Junior Lawyer in its Legal Advisory Team. The role offers practical exposure to corporate and commercial law, taxation, regulatory advisory, legal research, and transaction documentation.
Conduct legal research, drafting, and documentation.
Assist with income-tax proceedings and appellate matters.
Draft and review commercial agreements, MoUs, and investment documents.
Work on corporate law, FEMA, FDI, RBI regulations, and FCRA matters.
Assist with due diligence and corporate transactions.
LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
0–1 year of experience.
Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Interest in corporate law and legal advisory work.
