Post Details:
The firm is seeking an experienced Core Litigation Advocate to independently lead and represent its litigation practice in Ahmedabad and nearby regions. The selected professional will work on an exclusive professional association basis, receive fixed monthly remuneration, and manage litigation matters independently.
Analyse cases, assess legal risks, and develop litigation strategies.
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, applications, and legal drafts.
Manage court filings, appearances, arguments, and procedural requirements.
Monitor court orders and ensure timely compliance with judicial directions.
Manage hearings, deadlines, documentation, and case updates.
Represent the firm before courts and relevant forums in Ahmedabad and surrounding jurisdictions.
Coordinate with the central team in Delhi on legal strategy and case management.
Minimum 5–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in core litigation.
LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Tier-1 law institutions.
Strong experience in civil and commercial litigation.
Exposure to business, consumer, labour, arbitration, and criminal matters.
Strong courtroom advocacy, legal drafting, and independent decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Gujarati or other relevant regional languages is an added advantage.
