RevX Capital is hiring for the position of AVP / Senior Associate – Legal to support debt financing transactions, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance. The role involves working closely with business teams and managing legal aspects of financing structures and special situations credit transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, debenture subscription agreements, security documents, and other financing documents.
Provide legal support for structuring and executing debt financing transactions.
Support performing credit and special credit strategies.
Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI and RBI regulatory frameworks.
Participate in negotiations with founders, investors, and counterparties.
Conduct legal research and provide analytical inputs on complex transactions.
Advise on corporate, financing, and special situations matters.
Company Secretary (CS) qualification or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
LL.M. degree is an added advantage.
Strong experience in corporate law, legal documentation, and financing transactions.
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work with business teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Prior exposure to Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) structures preferred.
Experience in special situations credit transactions preferred.
