Post Details: CLAS LEGAL is inviting applications for a Junior Associate position from fresh law graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience. The role focuses on litigation, legal drafting, research, court procedures, and case preparation.
Draft legal notices, replies, applications, petitions, and other legal documents.
Assist with litigation, case preparation, and court proceedings.
Research legal issues and analyse judgments and precedents.
Apply knowledge of High Court and District Court procedures.
Present legal arguments clearly and confidently.
Maintain case files, documentation, court dates, and filing deadlines.
Coordinate with clients and assist with day-to-day legal matters.
LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
Basic knowledge of High Court and District Court procedures.
Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
Confidence in articulating legal arguments.
Prior litigation experience is an advantage.
