Assist with property title verification and examination of land records.
Conduct document scrutiny and legal due diligence.
Draft and review legal documents relating to real estate transactions.
Read and analyse property-related records and supporting documents.
Support legal research and documentation concerning Karnataka land records
LL.B. graduates, including freshers and experienced lawyers.
Strong interest in property law, title verification, and Karnataka land records.
Proficiency in legal drafting, document reading, scrutiny, and due diligence.
Good typing skills and professional English communication.
Ability to read Kannada.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
