NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is a legal practice handling corporate, commercial and litigation-related matters, including proceedings before tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
Post Details: NC Legal is expanding its team and inviting applications for the position of Associate – Corporate & Commercial Laws. The role is suitable for fresh law graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Joining: Immediate or on/before 23 October 2026
Assist senior lawyers with court appearances, case preparation and matter management.
Draft legal notices, applications, pleadings and corporate/commercial documents.
Assist with filing, documentation and procedural compliance before courts, NCLT and NCLAT.
Conduct legal research, analyse judgments and prepare case notes.
Prepare briefs, compile records and track case developments.
LLB degree.
0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
Basic understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
Familiarity with NCLT/NCLAT matters is desirable.
Good legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
