My Legal Partners (MLP) is a legal services organisation seeking motivated legal professionals interested in developing a long-term career in intellectual property law, particularly trademark prosecution and related advisory work.
Post Details: My Legal Partners is hiring an Associate Advocate – IPR for its West Delhi office. Candidates with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) are invited to apply. Applicants must reside within approximately 8–10 km of the MLP office.
Conduct trademark searches and prepare opinions.
Manage intellectual property filings, renewals and prosecution of trademark applications.
Prepare legal opinions on trademark-related matters.
Maintain and update clients’ trademark portfolios.
Respond to client queries concerning Indian intellectual property practices.
Draft notices of opposition, counter-statements, evidence in support of replies, rectification applications, notices and rejoinders.
Attend show-cause hearings before the Trademark Registry.
LLB (3-year or 5-year course) or LLM from a recognised institution.
1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
Relevant knowledge of trademark law, prosecution and IP documentation.
Ability to draft legal opinions and handle client queries.
Must reside within 8–10 km of the MLP office.
