Juridica Solutio LLP is inviting applications for one Associate Legal Counsel (Secondment) position with a leading automobile OEM. This is an in-house engagement based in Greater Noida, requiring 2–3 years of relevant experience. Immediate joining is preferred.
Candidates residing in East Delhi, South Delhi, Central Delhi, Noida, and adjoining areas are encouraged to apply.
Handle contract-related legal work and documentation.
Assist with litigation matters and procedural legal requirements.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and advisory notes.
Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and clarity.
Independently handle assigned legal matters as experience develops.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in a corporate legal environment.
Travel at short notice when required.
Support legal assignments while maintaining professionalism and meeting deadlines.
LL.B. qualification and 2–3 years of relevant legal experience.
Strong legal drafting skills and sound knowledge of procedural laws.
Familiarity with legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
Good court craft and understanding of litigation processes.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proactive, result-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership.
Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced corporate legal environment.
Ability to travel at short notice.
Immediate availability preferred.
