A litigation-focused law firm is hiring a Litigation Drafting Advocate with 2–3 years of experience for a full-time, office-based position in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
Draft civil suits and commercial suits.
Prepare writ petitions before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
Draft petitions, applications, replies, and other court documents.
Prepare written arguments, written evidence, and written objections.
Draft Statements of Claim (SOC) and Statements of Defence (SOD) in arbitration matters.
Prepare briefing notes and case briefs for Senior Advocates.
Conduct legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments.
Independently prepare well-structured pleadings aligned with litigation strategy.
Advocate with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Strong legal drafting skills, particularly in litigation matters.
Experience drafting civil and commercial pleadings.
Familiarity with writ petitions, High Court and Supreme Court proceedings, and arbitration submissions.
Ability to conduct detailed legal research and develop sound legal reasoning.
Ability to independently prepare strategically focused court documents.
