SK Finance Limited is hiring Legal Officers for its locations in Narnaul, Moradabad, and Bikaner. The role focuses on legal scrutiny and verification of property documents for secured lending, particularly Loan Against Property (LAP) in the SME segment.

  • Scrutinise and approve legal scrutiny reports, title search reports, and vetting reports for loan cases.

  • Review original property documents and verify their legal validity.

  • Provide legal opinions on properties proposed for mortgage across the state.

  • Track PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and OTC (Over-the-Counter) legal requirements.

  • Maintain MIS records for PDD/OTC legal initiation and file disbursement.

  • Support legal due diligence for secured lending transactions.

  • LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed institute.

  • 1–2 years of legal experience in the secured lending segment.

  • Specific experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), particularly SME lending.

  • Knowledge of property title verification, mortgage documentation, and legal scrutiny.

  • Strong legal analysis, documentation, and reporting skills.
