Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate – Litigation at its New Delhi office. The opportunity is intended for advocates with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
The selected candidate will handle litigation-related work, represent clients before courts and tribunals, and assist in matters involving insolvency, arbitration, and company law.
Draft pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions.
Represent clients before courts and tribunals.
Conduct legal research and case analysis.
Assist in matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Work on matters under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and company law.
Manage litigation documentation and case files.
Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials.
Advocate with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Registration with the relevant Bar Council is mandatory.
Prior experience in drafting and appearing before courts and tribunals.
Strong legal drafting and research skills.
Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
