LegalPreneur is hiring an Associate for its Ahmedabad office. The position is suitable for legal professionals with 1–3 years of litigation experience who are comfortable with legal drafting and court appearances.
The role primarily involves banking and debt recovery matters, proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, insolvency matters, and commercial disputes before the DRT and NCLT benches in Ahmedabad. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
Handle banking and debt recovery litigation.
Work on matters under the SARFAESI Act.
Assist with insolvency and commercial dispute matters.
Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
Appear before the DRT and NCLT benches in Ahmedabad.
Conduct legal research and prepare case-related documents.
1–3 years of litigation practice.
Strong legal drafting skills.
Ability and willingness to appear before tribunals.
Interest or experience in banking law, debt recovery, SARFAESI, insolvency, and commercial disputes.
Knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.
