Post Details
Bansal and Boora Law Offices is hiring two Associate Advocates for immediate engagement at its New Delhi office. The opportunity is suitable for enrolled advocates with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience. Freshers with a strong litigation internship background may also apply.

The selected candidates will gain active court exposure and work on litigation and dispute resolution matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various tribunals across Delhi NCR.

  • Draft petitions, civil plaints, written statements, applications, and legal notices.

  • Conduct legal research on statutory provisions and precedent case law.

  • Appear before and coordinate with the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and tribunals across Delhi NCR.

  • Assist with client briefings and conference management.

  • Prepare and maintain case files and supporting documents.

  • Handle substantive chamber responsibilities and assist in litigation matters.

Eligibility

  • Must be an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.

  • 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Freshers with a strong litigation internship background may also apply.

  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.

  • Good legal research abilities.

  • Willingness to undertake court appearances and active litigation responsibilities.
