The LegalTech is inviting applications for the position of Real Estate Legal Associate in Bengaluru East. Both fresh LL.B. graduates and experienced lawyers are welcome to apply.
The role is suitable for candidates interested in property law, title verification, land records, legal drafting, document scrutiny, and due diligence. Law graduates from other states may also apply if they are interested in building a career in real estate law.
Assist with property law matters and real estate legal documentation.Conduct title verification and property document scrutiny.Read, analyse, and verify property-related documents and land records.Assist with legal drafting and due diligence.Review documents carefully and identify discrepancies.Work with Karnataka land records and related documentation.Support legal research and other assigned responsibilities.
LL.B. graduates; freshers and experienced lawyers may apply.Strong interest in property law, title verification, and Karnataka land records.Proficiency in legal drafting, document reading, scrutiny, and due diligence.Good typing skills.Ability to read Kannada.Professional English communication skills.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Willingness to learn.Graduates from other states are welcome to apply.
