Bizloan is hiring for the positions of Manager Legal / AVP – Legal for its Gurugram office. The role is suited to experienced legal professionals with 6–12 years of relevant experience in property law, title verification, mortgage finance, Loan Against Property (LAP), housing finance, or NBFCs.
The selected candidate will handle property document scrutiny, title due diligence, legal documentation, contract review, and coordination with internal teams and external legal professionals. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in property legal and title verification across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
Conduct legal scrutiny and verification of property documents for LAP and housing loan transactions.Review title deeds, sale deeds, conveyance deeds, mutation records, encumbrance certificates, RTC, Khata, tax receipts, and other property documents.Conduct title searches and title due diligence to identify legal discrepancies and risks.Review legal search reports, title reports, and legal opinions.Draft, review, vet, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.Ensure property documentation complies with applicable laws and company requirements.Coordinate with external advocates, legal vendors, branches, and internal teams.Handle property-related legal issues, title defects, and documentation gaps.Ensure timely completion of legal checks in accordance with turnaround times (TAT) and company policies.Provide legal guidance to business and credit teams on property and security documentation.
LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised university.6–12 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in property legal matters, title verification, mortgage finance, LAP, housing finance, or NBFCs.Strong knowledge of property laws, land records, title due diligence, and contract law.Working knowledge of property documentation and registration procedures in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.Experience in contract drafting, vetting, negotiation, and litigation management.Strong communication, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
