Abhilash Sontake & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate at its New Delhi office. Law graduates with 0–2 years of experience are eligible to apply. Freshers with relevant litigation experience may also apply.
The selected candidate will assist with legal research, drafting, case preparation, and court proceedings involving matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and other judicial forums.
Conduct legal research and case law analysis.Draft petitions, applications, legal notices, replies, and other pleadings.Assist in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and other judicial forums.Attend court proceedings and assist with case preparation.Prepare case briefs, summaries, and legal opinions.Assist senior advocates and coordinate on legal matters.
LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. from a recognised university.0–2 years of professional experience.Freshers with relevant litigation experience may apply.Strong legal research and drafting skills.Good understanding of litigation procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Prior litigation or chamber experience will be an advantage.
