Manreet Kaur Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate from law graduates and advocates interested in building a long-term litigation practice. The selected candidates will gain exposure to criminal and civil matters before trial courts, lower courts, and appellate courts.
Candidates will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities from an early stage and will actively contribute to the development and conduct of legal matters. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategies.Draft pleadings and legal documents under AOR.Participate in client conferences.Manage cases and coordinate legal proceedings.Assist with matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums.Work on criminal and civil matters before trial, lower, and appellate courts.Contribute to the preparation and conduct of litigation matters.
Law graduates and advocates may apply.Preferred experience: 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).Freshers can also apply.Strong legal research and drafting skills.Attention to detail and dependability.Ability to take ownership of assigned work.Genuine interest in developing a long-term litigation practice.
