Bell Curve Strategic Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Company Secretary for its office at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The position requires a professional with at least five years of relevant experience in financial services, financial markets, or related regulatory and compliance functions.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of SEBI Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Regulations, IFSCA regulations, FEMA, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Handle regulatory compliance and risk management activities.Work with SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA regulations, and FEMA requirements.Support compliance matters relating to financial services and financial markets.Assist with AML/CFT-related regulatory compliance.Conduct regulatory research and communicate compliance requirements effectively.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Qualification: CS / M.Com / LL.B. / Postgraduate qualification.Strong experience in financial services or financial markets.Knowledge of SEBI AIF Regulations, IFSCA, and FEMA.Experience in compliance or risk management.Experience in AIF, fund management, NBFC, or capital markets is preferred.Knowledge of AML/CFT and regulatory compliance.Candidates without a CS qualification must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services or financial sector.
