An urgent hiring opportunity is available for the position of Area Collection Manager in Indore. The role focuses on managing collections and recovery for Home Loan and LAP products. Candidates with relevant experience in NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) or banking institutions are preferred.
The position is suited to professionals with strong collection and recovery experience, knowledge of overdue accounts and delinquency management, and the ability to handle teams or manage collections across an assigned area.
• Manage collections and recovery for Home Loan and LAP portfolios
• Monitor overdue accounts and delinquent loan cases
• Track DPD (Days Past Due) and collection performance
• Develop and implement collection and recovery strategies
• Manage and follow up on overdue accounts
• Coordinate with field collection teams and relevant stakeholders
• Support resolution of delinquent and high-risk accounts
• Monitor collection targets and portfolio performance
• Handle area-level collection operations and reporting
• Negotiate with customers to facilitate repayment and recovery
• Relevant experience in Home Loan / LAP collections
• Experience in NBFCs, HFCs or banking preferred
• Strong collection and recovery experience
• Prior team-handling or area-management experience preferred
• Good knowledge of DPD, overdue accounts and delinquency management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Maximum age: 35 years
• Currently employed candidates preferred
• Local candidates from Indore preferred
