PACTUM LUXJURIS & ASSOCIATES is inviting applications for 3–4 Legal Junior Associate positions, with joining scheduled for October 2026. The opportunity is open to law graduates, enrolled advocates and law students who are interested in litigation and developing a career in legal practice.
Candidates will gain practical exposure to court proceedings, legal drafting, research and litigation matters across multiple practice areas under the guidance of practising advocates.
• Assist with civil, criminal, matrimonial and family litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and analyse relevant case laws
• Draft legal notices, applications, pleadings and other legal documents
• Assist with case preparation and documentation
• Support advocates during court proceedings
• Understand and follow court procedures and litigation processes
• Travel for court-related work as required
• Assist with case management and other assigned legal responsibilities
• LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. graduates
• Bar Council-enrolled advocates
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Law students with a strong interest in litigation may also apply, subject to the firm's selection criteria
• Good knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Willingness to travel for court work is mandatory
• Professional conduct and a genuine interest in legal practice
