The organisation is hiring a Full-Time Advocate with 5–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience. The selected candidate will independently manage litigation matters, including drafting, filing, court appearances, case strategy, client coordination and proceedings before courts, tribunals and other forums.
• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters independently
• Draft plaints, written statements, applications, replies, petitions, affidavits and other pleadings
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Handle consumer disputes and proceedings before relevant forums/commissions
• Assist in arbitration proceedings, including drafting and procedural work
• Prepare briefs, case notes and legal opinions
• Coordinate with clients, courts, tribunals and other stakeholders
• Monitor hearings, filings and limitation timelines
• Appear before appropriate courts, tribunals and forums
• Manage matters from drafting and filing through hearings and final disposal
• LL.B. / Law degree
• Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council
• 5–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Substantial experience in civil and commercial litigation
• Experience in consumer matters and arbitration
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters
• Strong court craft, communication and analytical skills
• Disciplined and committed to a full-time role
• Candidates based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR preferred
