Vimarśa Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Dispute Resolution. The opportunity is suitable for lawyers with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who have a keen interest in dispute resolution practice.
• Assist with dispute resolution matters
• Conduct legal research on assigned matters
• Assist with legal drafting and preparation of legal documents
• Support case preparation and analysis
• Assist senior lawyers in dispute resolution proceedings
• Prepare research notes, briefs and other case-related documents
• LL.B. / Law degree
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Keen interest in Dispute Resolution
• Strong legal research skills
• Strong legal drafting skills
• Analytical ability and attention to detail
