Hirani & Associates is inviting applications for a Legal Counsel – Talent & Artist Management secondment opportunity with a leading talent and artist management company in Andheri, Mumbai. The selected lawyer will be embedded within the client's legal team and work on matters involving entertainment, brands, talent, intellectual property and commercial contracts.
• Draft, review and negotiate talent management agreements
• Draft and review endorsement and brand partnership contracts
• Handle appearance, event and influencer/digital collaboration agreements
• Advise on image, likeness and personality rights of artists
• Provide legal support on copyright, trademark and licensing matters
• Support day-to-day contract management and legal documentation
• Assist in resolving disputes and coordinate with external counsel
• Work closely with talent managers, business teams and external stakeholders
• Provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Qualified lawyer with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in media, entertainment or intellectual property law preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Genuine interest in entertainment and talent management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and legal matters
• Strong communication and analytical skills
