Stratsol Software Systems is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal Claims for its operations across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Mumbai. The role focuses on handling legal claims, litigation, court proceedings, advocate coordination and legal compliance, particularly within the general insurance sector.
• Handle legal claims arising from motor accident claims and consumer litigation
• Manage other litigation and legal affairs
• Deal with courts, advocates and investigators
• Review legal cases and maintain case files
• Ensure compliance with court orders and prescribed TATs
• Coordinate with advocates on ongoing matters
• Follow up on compromise and Lok Adalat matters
• Monitor litigation-related developments and ensure timely action
• Support legal claims and dispute-resolution processes
• LL.B. / LL.M. qualification
• Minimum 8+ years of experience
• General Insurance / GI background is mandatory
• Candidates with both practice and corporate legal experience may be preferred
• Strong understanding of legal claims and litigation processes
• Ability to deal with courts, advocates and investigators
• Local language proficiency with ability to read, write and speak
• Strong coordination, communication and case-management skills
