Lawyers with 2–8 years of experience are being invited to explore litigation opportunities with law firms in Mumbai. The roles are suitable for candidates with experience in civil and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, legal drafting and court proceedings.
• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters
• Assist with dispute resolution proceedings
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices and other court documents
• Attend and assist with court proceedings
• Prepare cases and matters for hearings
• Handle assigned matters independently
• Work closely with senior lawyers and other members of the firm
• Provide legal analysis and strategic support on litigation matters
• 2–8 years of litigation experience
• Experience in civil and commercial litigation
• Experience in dispute resolution and court proceedings
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to independently handle legal matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior members of the firm
