Law Chambers of Harish Malik is inviting applications for the position of Associate Advocate (Litigation). The opportunity is suitable for law graduates enrolled with the Bar Council who are interested in developing a career in litigation and gaining exposure to matters before various courts and tribunals.
• Assist with litigation matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals and District Courts
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
• Assist with drafting pleadings, applications and other legal documents
• Support case preparation and court-related work
• Apply knowledge of procedural laws in litigation matters
• Assist senior counsel in handling challenging legal assignments
• Work on assigned matters and develop practical litigation skills
• Law graduate from a recognised university
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council
• 1–2 years of litigation experience
• Well-versed with procedural laws
• Knowledge of key legal research/search engines
• Willingness to learn and take up challenging litigation work
• Strong research, analytical and communication skills
