King Stubb & Kasiva is expanding its Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance practice in New Delhi and is hiring legal professionals at the Associate and Senior Associate levels.
• Assist with real estate transactions and infrastructure finance matters
• Conduct title due diligence and review property-related documents
• Advise on RERA compliance and regulatory requirements
• Assist with civil litigation matters
• Draft and review transaction and legal documents
• Provide legal research and advisory support
• Assist with real estate and infrastructure financing transactions
• Coordinate with clients and other transaction stakeholders
• Associate: 0–1 year PQE
• Senior Associate: 2–4 years PQE
• B.A. LL.B. qualification
• Experience in real estate transactions, title due diligence, infrastructure financing, RERA compliance or civil litigation
• Strong legal drafting and advisory skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
