Dentons Link Legal is hiring Senior Associates / Principal Associates for its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in Delhi. The opportunity is intended for experienced legal professionals with focused transactional experience in M&A and PE.
• Advise on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
• Assist with private equity investments and transactions
• Conduct legal due diligence
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents
• Advise clients on transaction structuring and legal risks
• Coordinate with clients, counsel and transaction stakeholders
• Manage transaction timelines and documentation
• Support execution of complex corporate transactions
• 5–8 years of focused M&A and Private Equity experience
• Strong transactional and corporate law experience
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research skills
• Ability to independently manage transaction-related work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in a reputed law firm or corporate legal practice preferred
