• Handle legal matters relating to secured lending products
• Provide legal support for home loan and LAP transactions
• Manage legal documentation and related matters
• Review and advise on legal risks in secured lending
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal stakeholders
• Support resolution of legal and documentation issues
• LL.B. / Law degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in secured lending, home loans or Loan Against Property (LAP) preferred
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services law
• Good legal research, drafting and advisory skills
