Khurcha & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Junior Advocate to expand its litigation team. The opportunity is open to fresh law graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in hands-on litigation and courtroom practice.
• Assist with litigation matters across various courts and tribunals
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
• Assist with drafting pleadings and legal documents
• Prepare cases for hearings and court proceedings
• Attend court proceedings and develop courtroom skills
• Assist with client interactions
• Support senior advocates in ongoing litigation matters
• LL.B. / Law degree
• 0–2 years of experience
• Fresh law graduates with strong foundational skills are encouraged to apply
• Genuine interest in litigation and active court practice
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Confidence to appear before courts and interact with clients
• Eagerness to learn and develop practical litigation skills
