Post Details
The Chambers of Sahil Monga is inviting applications for a Litigation Associate in New Delhi. The role offers hands-on exposure to litigation practice across multiple forums, with opportunities to develop drafting, research, courtroom and independent case-handling skills.

• Draft pleadings and written submissions
• Conduct legal research and prepare research notes
• Attend court hearings and assist with proceedings
• Prepare legal opinions
• Assist in briefing senior counsel
• Handle e-filing and procedural compliance
• Assist with litigation-related administrative work
• Gradually take responsibility for independently handling matters

• 0–2 years PQE
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SCC Online and Manupatra
• Moot court, debating, academic research or publication experience is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to progressively take on greater responsibility
