TCS is hiring Legal Associates for its legal team across India. The role focuses on technology and commercial legal matters, including contract drafting and review, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), negotiations, data privacy, compliance and risk management.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts
• Manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
• Review MSAs, NDAs, SaaS Agreements, SoWs and vendor agreements
• Handle contract amendments, renewals and related documentation
• Support data privacy and compliance matters
• Assist with Privacy Notices and Data Processing Agreements
• Support sanctions and export-control related legal requirements
• Conduct legal research and legal analysis
• Identify contractual risks and assist with risk mitigation
• Coordinate with internal business and legal teams
• LL.B. with B.Tech/B.Sc. background
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills
• Understanding of CLM processes
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance
• Exposure to sanctions and export-control requirements
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Relevant technology/in-house legal experience preferred
