Laxmi India Finance Limited is hiring for Area Legal Manager and Legal Executive positions across multiple locations. The roles primarily focus on legal recovery and collection matters involving Loan Against Property (LAP) and vehicle loans, with substantial field work.
• Handle legal recovery and collection matters
• Work on recovery of loss cases involving LAP and vehicle loans
• Handle matters under the SARFAESI Act
• Handle Section 138 cheque dishonour cases
• Coordinate legal recovery proceedings
• Conduct field visits and support recovery activities
• Follow up on assigned legal and recovery matters
• LL.B. degree mandatory
• Bar Council registration required
• Knowledge of the SARFAESI Act
• Knowledge of Section 138 cases
• Relevant legal recovery experience preferred for experienced positions
• Freshers may apply for the Legal Executive role
• Local candidates preferred
• Male candidates preferred as specified in the hiring post
