Kwan Ventures is hiring a Legal Associate – Banking & Finance for an in-house legal team of a mid-sized listed infrastructure company in Mumbai. The role is suited to legal professionals with 4–6 years of experience in banking and finance transactions, particularly those with experience in financing, loan documentation and commercial agreements.
• Handle financing transactions and loan documentation
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
• Provide banking and finance-related legal advice
• Support financing and lending-related transactions
• Work closely with legal and business teams
• Assist with legal review and documentation for business transactions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on banking and finance matters
• LL.B. / Law degree
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in banking and finance transactions
• Experience with financing transactions and loan documentation
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Candidates from Tier-1 / Tier-2 law firms preferred
• Experience within BFSI companies, particularly lending teams, is relevant
• Strong legal research, drafting and communication skills
