• Handle legal matters relating to housing finance operations
• Provide legal support and advisory to internal teams
• Review and draft legal documents and agreements
• Assist with litigation and recovery-related legal matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinate with external advocates and legal stakeholders
• Support legal due diligence and documentation
• LL.B. degree
• Relevant experience in legal functions, preferably in housing finance/NBFC/banking
• Knowledge of lending, recovery and related legal matters preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
