Sagar Chandra & Associates is inviting applications for its Litigation Team – Intellectual Property. The opportunity is suitable for lawyers with 0–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience (PQE) who are interested in building a career in IP litigation.
• Assist with intellectual property litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
• Assist with drafting pleadings, applications and legal documents
• Support preparation for court proceedings and hearings
• Assist with case preparation and documentation
• Work on IP litigation-related assignments under senior lawyers
• LL.B. degree
• 0–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience (PQE)
• Experience or interest in Intellectual Property litigation
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a litigation-focused environment
