AA Consultants is hiring for the position of Legal Manager – Non-Litigation in Agra. The role is focused on legal matters relating to Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP) and mortgage documentation, with relevant experience preferred.
• Handle non-litigation legal matters relating to HL/LAP and mortgage finance
• Review and manage property and mortgage-related legal documentation
• Conduct legal due diligence and title-related checks
• Support legal processes for home loan and LAP transactions
• Identify and address legal risks in property-related matters
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant legal stakeholders
• Relevant experience in HL/LAP or Mortgage Legal matters preferred
• Experience in non-litigation legal work
• Knowledge of property and mortgage-related legal processes
• Strong legal research, documentation and analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate with business and legal teams
