Clove Legal is hiring multiple Associates for its Corporate, Commercial and M&A practice in Mumbai. The role involves contract drafting and negotiation, transaction support, and advising on a range of corporate and commercial arrangements.
• Draft, assess, analyse, negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements
• Negotiate transactions and agreements relating to M&A and business transfers
• Assist with collaborations, licensing, leasing, partnerships and strategic alliances
• Provide legal support on corporate and commercial transactions
• Work with clients and legal teams on transaction-related matters
• 0–3 years of PQE
• Valid licence to practise law
• Knowledge of Contract Law and Corporate Law
• Knowledge of Real Estate Law and Employment Laws is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines
