Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the firm's end-to-end management, operations, business development and growth. The role combines legal leadership with strategic, operational and commercial responsibilities.
• Manage end-to-end law firm operations
• Develop litigation strategy, matter-review and case-management systems
• Hire, allocate and manage advocates and legal teams
• Oversee client management, retention and service quality
• Drive business development, sales and revenue growth
• Manage marketing, social media, PR and media engagement
• Oversee billing, collections and financial operations
• Develop and monitor MIS, KPIs, SOPs and operational controls
• Implement legal technology, CRM and AI-enabled process improvements
• Build teams and develop long-term growth strategies
• LL.B. – Tier-1 law college preferred
• LL.M. – Tier-1 law college preferred
• MBA preferred; MBA + LL.M. strongly preferred
• 9–10+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in core court litigation
• Leadership and team-management experience
• Strong business-development and client-management skills
• Delhi NCR candidates preferred
• Excellent communication, strategic-thinking and execution skills
