Aavas Financiers Limited is hiring a Legal Officer for its Ahmedabad location. The role focuses on legal recovery and litigation matters, including SARFAESI, arbitration and execution proceedings. Candidates with relevant experience in banking, financial services, legal recovery and litigation will be preferred.
• Handle legal recovery and litigation matters
• Manage SARFAESI proceedings
• Assist with arbitration and execution proceedings
• Coordinate with advocates, courts and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate recovery through legal channels
• Monitor legal cases and ensure timely action and follow-ups
• Support the legal team in recovery-related matters
• LL.B. / Law degree
• 0–2 years of experience in legal recovery or litigation
• Experience in banking or financial services will be preferred
• Knowledge of SARFAESI, arbitration and recovery proceedings
• Strong coordination, drafting and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage litigation and recovery matters effectively
