The Chambers of Sahil Monga is reopening applications for a Litigation Associate (0–2 PQE) in New Delhi. The role offers hands-on exposure to litigation practice, including drafting, legal research, court appearances, briefing senior counsel and procedural compliance.
• Draft pleadings and written submissions
• Conduct legal research and prepare research notes
• Attend court hearings across various forums
• Prepare legal opinions
• Assist in briefing senior counsel
• Handle e-filing and procedural compliance
• Assist with litigation-related administrative work
• Take increasing responsibility in matters and develop independent litigation skills
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SCC Online and Manupatra
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to work independently and assume increasing responsibility
• Achievements in moot courts, debating, academic research or publications will be an advantage
