AU Small Finance Bank is hiring an Assistant Legal Manager for its unsecured loan portfolio, including Personal Loans (PL), Consumer Credit (CC) and Micro Loans (ML). The role focuses on field-based legal execution and collection activities.
• Handle legal execution and collection activities for unsecured loans
• Conduct field visits as required
• Support recovery and enforcement-related legal work
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for legal execution
• Maintain records and updates using MS Excel
• Assist with assigned legal and collection matters
• Legal qualification preferred for the role
• Experience in legal execution/recovery or BFSI legal operations would be an advantage
• Knowledge of field-based legal processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Willingness to undertake field visits
• Good coordination and communication skills
